Tech & Ops Renovation For Leading Global Design Firm

A leading global design and innovation firm approached Northshore to assist them with re-architecting their business processes and enterprise software systems. Seeking to replace antiquated systems and improve their return on investment and employee experience, they turned to Northshore’s Technology & Operations practice.

Northshore assembled a system architecture across the clients’ major enterprise systems. As cited by the CTO, Northshore rigorously delivered analysis across each one of the in-scope systems, including financial management, CRM, PSA (professional services automation), and expense management. In addition, Northshore was instrumental in the as-is and to-be process modeling to ensure the systems would be adopted once configured and implemented.

XFL – Founding Chief Technology & Product Officer

As an Interim Founding Executive of the football league, we took leadership over all technical aspects of the league – from digital products and partnerships, to football systems and wearables, to back office enterprise systems and infrastructure. We developed the digital vision for the league, launched digital products including xfl.com, devised key statistics and related relationships, and much more.

The XFL successfully kicked off on February 8, 2020 with live coverage on ABC, FOX and ESPN, more than 20,000 fans at each game, soldout game merchandise and concessions, and extraordinarily positive reviews and ratings.

Business Intelligence In Financial Services

A large hedge fund approached Northshore to help them obtain transparency into how their firm was operating across many divisions. Northshore rapidly built a beautiful customized business intelligence application for the executive team, who were highly appreciative of the “get-it-done” attitude in the face of significant time pressure.
